Refund policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
Your rights under Australian law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have a problem fixed if it isn't a major failure. Nothing in this policy takes away those rights.
When you can get a refund or replacement
- The file is damaged, won't download or won't open, and I can't fix it for you.
- The product is clearly different from its description (for example, pages or recipes are missing).
- You were charged twice for the same order.
Change of mind
Digital files can't be "returned" once downloaded, so I don't offer refunds for change of mind, for buying the wrong product, or if you already own the same book on Amazon. Please read the product page carefully before you buy, and email me if you have a question. I'm happy to help.
How to ask for help
- Email hello@chefaurelie.com.au with your order number (it's in the Payhip email) and a short description of the problem.
- I'll reply as soon as I can, usually within 3 business days.
- If a refund is due, it goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Payhip. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
Books bought on Amazon
Kindle and paperback editions bought on Amazon follow Amazon's own return policy. Please contact Amazon for those. Website bonuses, gifts and offers aren't included with Amazon orders (see the terms of sale), so a missing website bonus isn't a reason for a refund or replacement of an Amazon purchase.
Free printables
Free downloads have no charge, so there's nothing to refund. If a free file doesn't work, let me know and I'll send it again.
