Terms of sale
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms apply to anything you buy on this website: e-books, printable recipe-card sets, bundles and any future products. By completing a purchase, you agree to them. They don't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see "Your rights" below).
1. Who you're buying from
ABN 34 327 634 011
Postal address: 202/37 Barrack St, Perth WA 6000, Australia (mail only, no visits)
Email: hello@chefaurelie.com.au
2. What you're buying
- All products sold on this website are digital downloads (PDF files). Nothing is posted to you.
- Prefer a printed book? Paperback editions are available on Amazon, printed and delivered by Amazon (see section 6).
- Recipe-card sets and free printables are files you print yourself, at home or at a print shop.
- Each product page says what's included. Please read it before you buy.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). If you pay from overseas, your bank converts the amount and may charge its own fee.
- Chef Aurélie is not registered for GST, so no GST is added to the price. If you live in a country that charges tax on digital products (for example the EU or the UK), that tax may be added at checkout and is collected by Payhip.
- Checkout and downloads are handled by Payhip. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Chef Aurélie never sees or stores your card details.
- Prices may change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you complete your order.
4. Delivery
After payment, you get a download link straight away on screen and by email from Payhip. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact me and I'll send you a new link.
5. What you may do with the files
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself and your household. You may:
- download it, keep it on your devices and print it for your own kitchen;
- have it printed at a print shop for your own use.
You may not:
- share, forward, upload or resell the files, or print copies to give away or sell;
- copy the recipes, text, photos or illustrations into another book, website, course or social media post, except a short quote with a credit to Chef Aurélie.
The recipes, text and layouts are written by me, Aurélie: a trained professional chef with more than 10 years in professional kitchens. "Chef" is my job, not a marketing title. Everything on this website and in the products is © Chef Aurélie and protected by copyright. The illustrations were created with the help of AI tools.
6. Books bought on Amazon
Kindle and paperback editions bought on Amazon are sold, printed and delivered by Amazon under Amazon's own terms, delivery times and return policy. For delivery questions or a refund on an Amazon purchase, please contact Amazon.
7. Cooking, food safety and allergies
- The recipes are general cooking information for home cooks. They are not medical, dietary or nutritional advice.
- Always check ingredient labels for allergens. The allergen notes in the books are a guide only, and products and brands vary.
- Follow safe food handling, cooking temperatures and storage times. Use your own judgement with knives, heat and hot oil, and supervise children in the kitchen.
- Cooking times, oven temperatures and budget guides (💲) are approximate, as they depend on your equipment and the ingredients you use.
8. Your rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. See the refund policy for what to do if something is wrong with your purchase.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Chef Aurélie is not responsible for any loss or injury that results from how a recipe is prepared, from ingredients used, or from allergies or intolerances. This doesn't limit any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated from time to time; the version on this page when you buy is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
